i eat it daily. But if you have issues with it, dont eat it.. there are plenty of protein choices.

They are called Swedes. When I looked it up, I was a little confused because of the reference to Turnips (which we also have).... They're super delish and volume plus!

I like to make 50/50 oat bran/wheat bran mix. The wheat bran adds a lot of volume when you add a lot of water, it fills my bowl right up, not to mention the benefits of wheat bran daily!! :wink:

egg whites whipped to stiff peaks
add 1-2 tsp cocoa, 1 tsp ground coffee, 1/4 tsp xanthan gum, 50 ml water and any Stevia drops (f.x peppermint, dark chocolate, hazelnut)
Stir on medium speed for one minute
Whip on high speed for 1-2 mins
Comes out thick and yummy and the volume is craaaazy.
Drizzle with caramel or chocolate WF syrup
Do you chill it or just eat as is?
So egg whites are raw?
