DO IT :-D Is that all you do? Micro on low for 4:30? I love how stovetop comes out but the micro is so much easier on rushed mornings!
Also, I often sub kabocha squash instead of sweet potato, but I'm not sure if my calorie counter is correct because I'm eating a biggggg portion! Anyone know stats on this squash?
Yeah, how do you do that? Lots of H2O? I bake mine for an hour with 1 cup water and the pumpkin, but your idea sounds like major volume! lol

hodgeson mill is 46g
qauker is actually less at 38g
I use the Hodgson mill oat bran hot cereal and it subs at 50 for me too. I was subbing calorie for calorie on calorie king. (I did make sure it had the same nutrition info as the box)
