Weight gain while bulking?

    So, 3kg = 6.6lbs (sounds like you're somewhat on the right track)
    I've read that 2lbs a month of gains is considered normal when bulking and a minimum of 16 weeks is ideal for a bulking phase. Less then 16 weeks in a Bulking Phase is usually not worth it. However, I can understand why you would want to pull the plug though. It is tough seeing gains when we've just been through a cutting phase but I'm personally ok with the gains I will do a minimum of 16 weeks, regardless and then decide to keep going or head to maintenance to then head back into a cutting phase.

    I've got a 3 week holiday in October where it will be hard to train and I want to slim down a little before I go. I've got plenty of time to do a longer build next year, no hurry.

    Oh I see, well everyone is different and have their own reasons so I totally understand.. Good-luck with everything :) This is all pretty new to me so I love to hear about others going through similar things.
