Mission corn tortillas (as many as on plan for you)

    Preheat oven to 400
    ---------
-Cut into slices like a pizza
-Lay flat on baking sheet 1/4" apart
-Sprinkle with topping of choice (salt, cinnamon, red pepper... whatever you prefer)
    -Bake 8-12 minutes

*watch after 8 mins to ensure they don't burn

-Remove and let them cool to become crispy.

*Mine stayed crunchy when I put them in a sealed container. They're just like the real deal!*

    Nice tip!!

I was thinking of doing something similar with mini wholemeal pita bread, the ones I buy are 89 calories a piece so I can get some good volume out of them.

I'm in Australia and it's a local brand so it wouldn't help. I like pitas because you can split them in half so it feels like you are getting more.
