    Need help, I am getting ready to try and find a place to eat and still stay on plan.....any ideas?

    Subway or chipotle are always my top choices for something quick. Are either of those available?

    Subway is across the street it is a protein/carb/fat meal......if I do a chicken in a salad with avocado life is good? Trust me I am going to have no problem sticking to it...this girl is dialed in!!

    Sounds like a plan. A bag of baked lays potato chips could work for your carb in a pinch.

    So dinner was at a restaurant with little choices I had some baked chicken, potato puree with butter and green beans, I did have a hard cider but completely stayed away from the desserts that were on the table, we are taking my B&SIL out for the day, they are visiting from CA, got up this a.m. and made meal one Mel two and three are packed in the cooler.....this girl is still dialed in......ohhh yahhhh!!!!! Life Is Good.

    So I am ready to pull my hair out, not sure if it's my phone or the other end, trying to get on and stay on the forum is hard at best and the LBC Calculator is NOT working :( HELP any ideas?

    Having a heck of a time getting the calculator to work can anyone help me with this..I need the sub amounts for the following:
    ??g chicken breast for 120g halibut
    ??g brown rice for 170g quinoa

    Thanks so much in advance...I need to pack my cooler and I don't know how to sub.

    YOU are a lifesaver Ileen thanks so much!!

    Cooler and ice packs are purchased, ice packs are in the freezer, almost all of my meals are prepped and packed just need to do cottage cheese and brown rice.....life is so good and I am so excited.

    LOVE the focus! Have a great trip! I sometimes have trouble with the mobile app, but the one on the LBC website always works for me.

    It is the app on my phone..............i completely forgot about the one on the website DUHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL.
    I am hoping to get the one on my phone fixed as it sure is more convenient than logging into the site each time.
