I think most people change stuff up when they either get bored with what they are doing or they reach a plateau (ie not progressing). If you are progressing and enjoying yourself, reaching your goals. Id say to keep doing what you are doing.
No you don't need to change your workout every 4-6 weeks, even if you're not on 5x5. A lot of people do it just to keep them interested in their workouts. As long as you can keep on increasing the weight then :thumb:
That's what I thought, thanks! I just want to do the most effective thing that makes me grow the most muscle, especially where I need it the most! The next time I step on stage, I want to have made a significant improvement, not just step on stage for the heck of it again. Too expensive!:lol:
