Has anyone else suffered with this?

I got it from 10 weeks pregnant, my daughter is now 22 months and it still affects me especially when walking.. If I train too much it rears its ugly head, if I lay off training inc. stretching and sports massages it improves! Go figure!

I have regular sports massages and although I feel looser for a few hours afterwards I haven't noticed any long term benefits. I have scar tissue in my right hamstring (I don't remember hurting it) there must be some nerve damage too as deep tissue doesn't hurt. I've had deep tissue for a year but it hasn't improved at all..

Ill have a look into art in the UK, anything is worth a try as its really affecting my flexibility, not good when you compete in fitness :)

    Thanks for replying!

I had this with my second pregnancy, compounded by training for and running a marathon 6 months later. ART is what fixed it for me. And cutting way back on running.
