So, I had surgery yesterday (interstim put in for my bladder). I have about 10lbs I would LOVE to get rid of. Think it's ok to eat at a deficit while recovering? I'm not able to exercise for 2 weeks and would love to get a head start on weight loss now.
    What do you think?
    Thanks!
    K.

    Hey Kirsten!
Do you have the whole device or just the lead?

Honestly, I'd eat a maintenance and then take it down when you are healed.

I have the whole device implanted.
I think I should probably just "listen to my body" as I heal...

So, what is the worry if I do eat at at deficit. Slowed healing?

True. I would just love to go back to work thinner. I've really porked out recently.
    Stress eating.
