Cottage cheese is one my fav things to eat. I'm not an LBCer, but I like to use 1/2 cup and eat it with broccoli slaw (putting a sprinkle of dry ranch dressing mix makes it even better!). I used to make protein pancakes a lot, too (oats, cottage cheese, egg whites). Cottage cheese + a tablespoon of trutein is good too. Man, so many ways I could eat this stuff!
