Hey back off I"m the expert :funny: :jk: I crack myself up. I"m not expert I'm just a pp ho :hamster:
We'll chat before you come down on the 22nd. I'd love some samples! I can tell you which ones would gag me (anything with coffee) and which ones sound yum...
Come down? I live right outside Minneapolis and work in Minneapolis. I will bring some with me for you though.
hmmm I am not sure if i have given my opinion on cottage cheese in here or not   :funny:
Be careful with the BSN. Erik told me :nope: except PWO if you count the carbs as part of your allowance.
I really, really like cottage cheese and oats together. Make the oats with water then add cc and nuke for an extra 30 seconds.
I mix CC with flavoured yogourt, PB or AB, Splenda and vanilla extract. I then freeze it until it's almost frozen and enjoy.
me too I love ice cream, CC, ice, PP, maybe piece of a banana, and flavor extract (butterfinger, rocky road, or hazlenut) freeze and devour!
LOL! You make me feel a whole lot better for sharing that So, I guess I don't have to feel bad that I don't eat cc, right? I have the same problem (please don't shoot me!) with rice cakes. Everyone really likes these and no matter what I do to them they taste like cardboard and I just don't feel satisfied after having eaten them.
I need to make that asap!! I made pancakes with mine. CC, Oats, and egg white with cinnamon and cloves. Then I nuked some strawberries and frozen berries to make a sauce. I probably could have added some stevia to the mix but it wasn't bad at all. I cannot eat CC alone.
my favorite is still with salsa on spaghetti squash with some salsa or chunky sauce totally love it plain with berries still as well.
Over night cottage cheese. Cottage cheese Protein powder I put sugar free flavored coffee syrup in it as well. Peanut Butter Mix it all together with a spoon. You have to have a decent amount of protein powder where it'll make a more doughy texture. Stick in the fridge and its done! It reminds me of cookie dough when I use cookies n cream pp. (Won't let me upload a picture, or I would post it)
