Stuffed Banana Peppers

    1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    2T Minced Onion
    2t Minced Garlic
    1/4 t Oregano
    1/4 t Fennel
    1/4 t Sage
    3/4 t Sea Salt
    1/2 t Fresh Ground Pepper
    1/8 t Thyme
    1/8 t Paprika
    1/8 t Cayenne
    1/8 t Splenda

    Banana Peppers (Approximately 6-7)

    Combine everything but peppers. Grind in meat grinder, or pulse in food processor. Refrigerate mixture overnight. Cut tops from peppers and seed (use gloves if you are sensitive). Stuff peppers. Pre heat grill. Grill on top rack turning often approximately 20 - 25 minutes or until done.
