How's this done?
These should be on the site soon
Like a glute bridge but with toes on the ball...very little bend to the legs and lifting hips up and down..you should feel it in your hammies and even in your calves.
What version are you referring to and what are you trying to accomplish? They can be done bilaterally, unilaterally, legs straight or bent.
These are hard! :uhuh: The range of motion is very limited but they sure burn the hams and calves!
B, I did a google search a few weeks ago and I did find a video of them.
Ok...so did these wrong.
Looking forward to that video.
I also did a search for these. Found a couple of videos and some written descriptions.
You'll know when you get them right. The first few are fun. Last few, not so fun.
they hurt and my calf cramps
Any tips on doing them singled legged? I can't seem to get stable enough to even start. Would trying them barefoot help?
I don't even dare try them single-legged yet but I would think that if you're barefoot the ball of your foot will "stick" to the ball, thus giving you more stability.
I did them this morning, Oh MY!!!!!!!!
:laughatyou: welcome to team LBC :thumb:
