Small changes..

    New here. Started a less stressful approach to the healthy lifestyle I'm trying to live on November 1. The picture on the left was from Nov. 1 and the second yesterday (Nov. 29). If I can keep this up it will be no time before I'm where I want to be without over-training and under-eating! I know I should have used the same clothing but I couldn't find it. ;)

    nice changes.
    what are some things you have done besides reducing cardio? Did you raise your cals of just lower your deficit?

    I increased circuit training, have raised my carbs and have my calories between 1200-1600. Most days I would say I'm at 14000. I am only working out 3-4 days though. I was going six days a week but think I was overtraining bc I was gaining fat. I've relaxed my approach dramatically!
