    Ideally I'd get the Foam Roller Plus, but the EVA one would probably do the job.

    And if youre really brave, a lacrosse ball can work really well, too. Sometimes I find a foam roller isnt enough to get to smaller or deeper muscles, like the piriformis or muscles around the shoulder. I'll admit it takes some getting used to, but its well worth it.

    I bought one two days ago and I have been using it very often. Let me tell ya!! This things WORKS!!! I bought one from Target. It was almost painful at first until whatever unknotted itself and low and behold.......relief!! I didn't realize how tense and tight until using one of these!! Nice to see the video on exactly how to do it! Very nice!!:clap::clap::clap:

    I added these (as well as the lower body 8) last week and they are great. The lower body outer and inner leg foam rolling is killer though (those muscles are TIGHT on me) although the more I do them the looser they get:) Thanks for sharing Erik!

    Hey Glory....I did the same thing in my initial email with Erik. I was so excited I lost my head...lol. I think he forgives the first time...hee.

    What did the one you get from Target look like? I couldn't find one at the Target closest to me.
