I wanted to try something a little different for breaky a few weeks ago. I bought quinoa and made a batch of it. I love the taste of quinoa, and its SO healthy for you.. So, I decided to make quinoa pancakes. They are SO DELISH! :thumb: 127g cooked quinoa 4 egg whites 8g cinnabon trutein 56g pear chopped splenda to taste 1/8 tsp baking powder pinch o salt I mixed up everything into my magic bullet and poured the batter onto a preheated skillet. Anyways, you know how it goes after that.. I LOVED them! Texture was nice. Flavor was nutty and sweet.
