    Hi all!
I have a quick (probably silly) question - I'm scheduled to do hill training today as part of my program. Do I eat the "off" day meal plan or a "training" day meal plan? I don't think hill training is considered to be training.
    Thanks!

See your program. Training days are only the days you are lifting wts. THere is no pwo meal for cardio.

For the record though, it would be more appealing with a PWO. Just sayin....

Thanks all! I figured it was an "off" meal plan day but I didn't want to be missing out on a PWO! Love those treats!!

On the same train of thought I am confused on what plan to follow on my rest day--no training or cardio. Do I still follow the non training day plan??? Thanks!

rest day, no weight training or if you do have cardio, it's none training day.
still confused, double check with your coach.
