    Great post! I purchased some for pullups and dips from amazon. Here's the link:

    I used the two thicker bands together and gradually moved from the wider band to the middle band. These are one of the best purchases I've made because I went from not being able to do one pull up to being able to do 5 in a row in about a month.

    1 question though-- How often should you train pullups? I've read to never do them to failure. I try to do them 3x's a week... is that too much?
