Nutrition questions

    So I have figured my macros and have started eating by the numbers but oh my I am so stuffed! I still have about 300 calories & 100 carbs (who would have ever thought that THE carb lover couldn't meet her carb goal for the day) to go to meet my numbers for the day but I just don't know if I can eat one more bite....HELP!

    If you aren't used to eating that much, your body just needs to adjust. I gets easier :) You could eat something in smaller quanity to get the calories, usually in fat sources. Assuming the protein is where it needs to be, you can adjust carbs and fats to get the calories in easier and adjust...just a thought? But, likely your body will just get used to it...lol
