Has anyone experienced loss of sleep while dieting? I'm new to this site and have found it to be very helpful with figuring out nutrition. I find that when I increase intensity a lot and keep my calories the same I don't sleep and if I do I still wake up tired. I've played with my nutrition and when I eat more carbs I have a more restful sleep. Could this be a sign of metabolic breakdown? Oh and I done see and weight loss on the scale either. Any advise would be helpful. Sonya.
