Dry or cooked? I'm supposed to eat 100g...
I'm assuming measure it dry?
Are you serious?? No wonder I thought pasta servings were so small!!!
Ok, so, here's a question. How the heck do you then make sure you get the right amount? I mean, you cook more than just the 100g or whatever..
I would weigh out my 100g and then cook just that.
You'd have to cook the 100g to see what it weighs and then you can bulk cook it.
If you wanted to bulk cook, for say 5 servings, I would measure 500 grams dry, cook it and then weigh the entire amount cooked and divide by 5. That's how I bulk cook cous cous and quinoa.
