losing chest fats ?

    Hard to do and not something to be expected but when someone is new to training, or even new to effective training, a recomposition can definitely occur.

    It's not something that can be maintained month in and month out though.

    Happens quite often with new clients of mine. :wink:

    Stats, fat loss etc

    Hello, I'm a "waitlister"...I was browsing and came across this thread...looking for some advice on what to do while waiting...I'm working out and eating clean for the most part. I noticed that you mention to another "poster" that if he'd give stats you all can help. Just wanted a better understanding of calorie deficit. Often when people hear deficit they often hear "starvation" (I know that's not what it's about...lol). I'm 5'8...around 192lbs...%of body fat...I'm not sure. Just browsing, checking out posts while waiting. Blessings and Peace!!!

    We dont track or care about body fat. we train for a look.

    There is a great thread for wait listers with tons of info.
    Let me know if you have trouble finding it.

    It also has to do with genetics. I have always had little chest fat, but once I start working out within 1-2 weeks it's all gone. Now if only my middle section was so responsive!
