looking to add extra day or two to 3 days full body workout

    3 days Full Body

    Im currently following the 3 days full body workout mon/wed/fri and I love it, my goal is currently fat loss, after having some time off its eased me back in and I dropped about 5lbs the first couple months and even had a few maintenance weeks around this time. Now i have my mojo back Im feeling like 3 days a week in the gym is not enough. would I sabotage my results to add in an abs session or a glute workout or morning power walk etc ?

    Would Hiit Cardio or a met circuit would be too much ?
