Im not 100% gluten free. My off plan meals tend to be gluten but most of the time, I just avoid it.
I guess my question is: why avoid it? Have you seen some benefit?
Just because there is so much 'information' out there that it is better for autoimmune so I play it "safe". I've seen no benefit.
Have you ever been strict with it to see if that makes any difference? I have been told that's what I need to do to see a benefit. How often do you have off-plan meals?
