    Well... you could take less of the marshmallows and use rest of calories for the graham crackers. Plus your shake!

    WOW! I want to give you twenty-billion stars for this one. Funniest thing about it is I drink almond milk all the time but never thought about using it to make a protein shake but to be honest I hate protein powder so that's LOL! probably why I never put 1 + 1 together! Anyhoos, THANK!!! YOU!!! this is a truly AWESOME idea!!!! Amy!!!
    If you are a protein powder phobe like me out there then I highly recommend you try Amy's suggestion!

    even just a little bit of almond milk makes a big difference to the taste of the shake.. yum!

    I'm new to the almond milk and it's Wonderful ... thinking about starting to mix it w/the kids' regular 2% and see if I can switch them over ;)

    Thanks for this too ... they look yummy, but are so small ... wonder if they would be good as crunched up over FF yogurt? Depending on your "plan" of course :)
