LBC is expanding.. More coaches in 2013!

Well I guess it's time to make my LBC announcement.

As many followers and of course, wait listers know, LBC is busy! The demand is very high and is consistently growing as evidenced by the daily growth of the LBC waiting list. 2012 has been a huge year of growth. Add to that the very high long-term client retention and as those of you on it know, the waiting list moves slow (painfully slow to some of you I am sure).

On my own I can obviously only serve so many people at any given time and even with having referred out a lot to Amy of MMT/CWT (who is also now very wait listed), there's just no way to keep up. Names are added far faster than I can get them off.

Thus, it's time to expand.

As such, some time in January of 2013, LBC will be adding not one, but two, additional coaches to work under me as part of the LBC Team. The obvious benefit is that we'll be able to get this wait list moving, serve more people and help positively impact more lives.

All clients will still have full access to me even if they're not working 'directly' with me and everything is still going to funnel through me. We will start off with some "co-coaching" as I fully integrate the new coaches into the LBC philosophy. When I have referred client prospects to MMT/CWT I do so by giving my full confidence in that referral by saying MMT/CWT is an "LBC Approved" Coach. These two additional coaches will also be "LBC Approved" Coaches and thus you can expect to get "versions of me" (I say this only because I often get asked, "Do I get to work with Erik directly?") in that you'll get the full LBC coaching experience since we'll all operate under the same LBC philosophy which obviously has a proven track record for success and consistent results.

Now of course if someone is simply determined to work with me directly? That's always available since I'm not going anywhere; it just may take longer. However, I am hoping that everyone will come to understand that this will be an LBC Coaching Team who all operate under the same philosophy and thus regardless, results will be the same.

Even with these two additional coaches, there is still going to be a wait list (yes, it's that big), but this will really get it moving once these coaches have a full client load. Who knows? Maybe the team will continue to expand down the road.

In addition, these new coaches will bring their own style, ideas, personality and presence to the ever growing LBC/CWT communities. With a team of coaches, we can do much, much more moving forward with other projects, etc., that in the past have been much talk, little action. Ha!

So who are they? Well, these are two guys who like me, live here in Hamilton and who I have known for many years. They are both experienced, intelligent, capable and excited to be a part of the LBC family. In addition, they've both been a part of the fitness industry for a long time.

So the two new LBC coaching additions are going to be Kyle Andrew and Mark Young. You'll hear more about the stories behind these guys in the near future.

So, onward to bigger and better things - for everyone!

Our lives have crossed numerous times since and I've followed Erik's work closely. In truth, his opinion on methods of body composition change is one of the very few I value in this tremendously enormous industry.

Despite being an uber exercise science nerd, I've been known to occasionally pick up some heavy things and I try not to take my self too seriously. I suppose it is worth mentioning also that Kyle and I go way back as well. I probably met Kyle over a decade ago when he was working at a local supplement store and I was just beginning my career as a personal trainer.

Thanks Ileen for pasteing and posting. I'm not on facebook so this is all new news for me! Very exciting and sounds like all will be in great hands no matter who their coach is. That was a great idea to expand and I think it was much needed with the growing waiting lists. I'm not on it but I cannot believe all the ppl coming on in and hopping right on board! Sounds like the new coaches are just as amazing as Erik and will do all the LBCers proud. Welcome aboard guys!!
