I was thinking..

    What if i ate at maintence on lifting days and then did PSMF days on non lifting days. Would this be effective? Just thinking?
    Effective for weight loss and perhaps a little muscle added overtime.

    Weight loss, yes. Muscle gain, not so much. :)

    Depends on the net calories at the end of the week. Like Blondell said, probably for some fat loss.
