I hate when I've finished all my meals, but I still have 3-4 hours before bed...

When do you eat your last meal?

Me too! I eat right before bed. Usually 9:00. I delay my first meal until 10 if I can while dieting.

I moved my workouts to evening so that I could have my PWO in the evening. My meal times are meal 1 9:00am, meal 2 12:30, meal 3 5:30 before workout, 6:30 workout, 7:45 PWO.
On days where there is no workout scheduled, I push meal 2 and 3 a little later and I have a meal 4 at 8:00.

I wish I could push my meals a bit later. But I get up at 4:30am and have breakfast before work. I don't feel as good if I skip breakfast. So, first meal at 5am, second meal at 11am, 3rd around 4 (or earlier!), 4th around 6.

can you do smaller meals? or at least delay as long as you can. Might not help.

I do better on fewer, larger meals. I think I just gotta suck it up and realize losing weight means being hungry sometimes!

I delay eating my first meal as well. I'm up at 5am during the week, if I ate then I'd be chewing my arm off by the afternoon. My day generally goes (this is a training day)

    M1 at 10am
    M2 at 1pm
    M3 at 4pm
    Workout at 5ish PM
    M4 (PWO) at 6ish PM
    M5 at 8ish PM

Between waking up and my first meal I've usually had a couple of espressos and at least 1.5 litres of water. I'm at work on training days so I'm usually busy enough to not let feeling hungry bother me.
