how to put together a 4 day upper/lower split

    That's my weekly routine of my workout, Chest, shoulder and arms is my favorite. I use to go for 6 days a week for workout I use to do barbell and chin ups. I use to do more but it is not possible for me to share more information here.

    Great info in here. I enjoy an upper/lower split, seems to work well for me :)

    I've done the old bodybuilding splits, 3 full body workouts, 5/3/1 powerlifting work out and now a 4 day upper lower split that I enjoy more than any other workout I've done.

    I do Upper strength, lower strength, day off, upper hypertrophy, lower hypertrophy, day off, day off, repeat
