how to put together a 4 day upper/lower split

    That's my weekly routine of my workout, Chest, shoulder and arms is my favorite. I use to go for 6 days a week for workout I use to do barbell and chin ups. I use to do more but it is not possible for me to share more information here.

    This thread is awesome! I've learned so much from just reading through this one and various other threads. I must admit, a bit overwhelming at times! Lol... Especially for someone like me that tends to over analyze stuff. Just wanted to share this article I came across that really puts things into perspective and gives you a sample plan to follow. The article was actually inspired by a conversation the person had with Erik Ledin. I'm going to give this plan a go!

    I know (through on line) the author of that program. Its a fun one. I did it before i started working with Erik some 7yrs ago. She's the one who actually introduced me to Erik.
