I think I'm just used to taking them on a daily basis. Kinda like my multi. Maybe there's a bit of addiction also..........maybe
Stop taking it.
 Like right now??
My appetite goes through the roof w/o it.
You guys have no idea how my appetite is. This should be fun
I'm just glad it wasn't ME having the discussion with T at the time he decides to tell someone to stop EC. :hehehmn:
If your on eriks plan i would do what erik tells you to do :shades:
I'll be fine. I'm strong. :lifter:
I'm cutting the stack but can I still take the caffeine before working out?
That's a given, I just thought that an ec stack is a personal choice and not something he'd recommend I don't know. I ws just curious:shrug:
May I ask why the caffeine is ok but not the EC? Isn't the only difference that the E is supposed to supress your appetitie? Or is that basically just your recommendation for her situation?
As you say, I do find it suppresses my appetite as well as gives me a boost in energy but I find once it starts to wear off, I am ravenous. Is this usually the case?
this is how I feel too!
The appetite suppressant side of E only lasts for so long.
I remember Erik posting about the longevity of E and fat loss..... mainly becuase I always have an argument at work with a guy who tells me that the effectiveness of E wears off after a couple weeks.
I have had good results with cycling a few weeks on, one to two weeks off, etc. as far as the appeitie suppressant goes.
It has no effect on my appetite, but it does keep me from appearing as a brainless narcoleptic twit during rough weeks. Don't ever need it on weekends, for some reason
Maybe cause you actually get some sleep then?? and I somehow doubt that you ever appear as brainless.
And...I forgot the letter "k" once. Well, I knew it was a letter, but I was temporarily convinced that there were no nouns in the English language beginning with it. I've also asked for the definition of the word "that", and forgotten what to do with a fork. Not all at once, mind you...but it's all happened. So, you be the judge
