HOLIDAY COOKIE/BAR/BROWNIE book!!!

    Mint and Chocolate –
    1 cup Hood Chocolate Calorie Countdown
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 scoop UMP Chocolate protein powder
    1T General Foods International Coffees Swiss Mocha sugar-free, fat-free instant coffee
    3 drops peppermint Extract
    2 T of flax meal
    Ice to taste

    Directions: Blend ingredients in a blender. Serves 1-2.

    I love mint .. was my fav before I began my plan.. very Yummy

    I have to revive this thread - it is getting close to Holiday season 2012 and there are a lot of new people on here.. Please share your HOLIDAY COOKIE/BAR/BROWNIE RECIPES! :yum:

    PEANUT BUTTER, OATMEAL & RICOTTA CHEESE COOKIES

    Cal 49, Fat 2.6, Pro 3, Carb 4, Sugars 1.

    Ingredients

    1 tbs natural peanut butter
    1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
    1/4 cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese
    2 packets (or to taste) Stevia
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 egg white
    dash cinnamon

    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Line pan with parchment paper.
    Mix everything together with a fork, pressing to mash ricotta cheese.
    Spoon 5 cookies on to pan.
    Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops of cookies start to brown.
