I also made a bean-less version for those lower carb days, or days I need volume. It tastes super yummy over spag squash!

:D Your muffies look delish! I think I'll try one less EW too. My last wheat bran muffins were very eggy/watery- especially the strawberry one.

Thoroughly enjoying my new favorite breakfast. French toast topped with SF syrup and banana, with a side of EW's and hot apple cereal.

Light 100% whole wheat- 40 cals per slice. Used 1 EW per slice and tbsp of Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Torini SF syrup for the mix.

What brand of bread do you use? I've looked a few times and can not find a light whole wheat. Thanks!

I am new to this and don't know how to make things fit my macros. Also for Meat how is the conversion for cooked vs. raw?

Just had the most amazing oatmeal EVA! Apricots (per plan), vanilla creme stevia, SF brown sugar/cinnamon torini's syrup, a bit of sugar-free apricot jam, and a splash of almond milk. TDF!

Corrine, Sounds delish!! I need to get some ordering done this week! I'm running out of stuff!!

Oh! I was going to ask. With the discrepancy about the Bobs apple cinnamon cereal. Are you still having that? And if so, are you just going off the suggested nutritional info on the package? I have 2 bags of it, but, I haven't been eating it because of the info not being correct..

I'm still using it, though not everyday. I was hoping to hear back from them before I buy more. At least it's below the stated calories and not above.

But in the meantime, I've found out that I can sub my 40g quick oats for about 36g steel cut oats and 63g pumpkin! Volume issue solved!
