what have you read recently that you recommend?
Doggcrapp training. The principles behind it aren't new or revolutionary. It is just one of many permutations of non retarded training. It's good to see that there are still some bodybuilding centered sites that aren't full of voodoo bullshit.
yes, this is definitely a good read! my coach trains using DC methods...I have tried it myself for a few workouts.....it's interesting, and hard!
Above is a Dante rant. It's a good wake up call for those who want more muscle but are affraid to eat for it.
I clicked on Erik's Muscle Tech articles and they're all gone! Does anyone have a link to them so I can read them anywhere???
I have them all. I'll post them up some time today.
Has anyone had the chance to skim through this one? Knowledge and Nonsense
Not yet, but I'll take a look this weekend.
I'll be interested when you do...I had some dealings with Hale awhile back, really nice guy...would be interesting to hear your take on his work....although alot of it is fairly common sense
Erik, have you gotten a chance to put up your muscle tech articles yet? Love to read them.
I like that one too! Great info! I need to get some more of his books soon!
I would love to read these but the links are broken. Does anyone know if these articles are still available on the web?
I love Lyle McDonald -- each of his books are thoroughly researched and referenced, like a true geek.
Another good read, regarding the mental aspects of training:
Iron Minds by Randall J Strossen
there's another one called Winning Ways: How to Succeed in the Gym and Out, but I haven't got to it yet.
Did these get posted somewhere?
