Four weeks, no cheats...

    I'm starting up another one of these threads for some more accountability and motivation for us to stay strong :weightlift2: I can't say that it will be easy, but I can damn well try.

    Allotted cheats are fine.

    So who's in? I'll be the first.

    Hmmm... I think I might as well do this since I'm sure the plan update I'm waiting for will cut out the cheats. :shrug:

    I'll start today and my end day will be my 40th B-Day! Then I'll go for a nice ginormous B-Day cheat meal. :yum:

    This is perfect timing because I have a party to go to in 4 weeks and I want to look as good as I can.
    I will have one small cheat next weekend that has been planned for 2 months.

    Hmm, I think I should clarify that cheats you're "allowed" to have (ex. 1 cheat/wk) are OK.

    I don't think I could go four weeks completely cheat free :wigging:

    My goal at this point w/ diet is to be sure to get in a minimum of 1900 cals/day. Yes, that IS a challenge for me. I'm learning to diet slowly. :oops:

    Also, I'll be having 1-2 cheats, no refeeds, in the next 4 weeks.

    I'm in. It's down to the wire for me, my wedding is in 5 weeks. :faint: I'll do 1 "allowed" cheat meal, most likely on Saturday.
