I am trying to drop some fat %. What are the best foods to help do that? I am lifting weights consistently 3 days a week and doing HIIT 3 days a week.
Hi Robin. Fat loss responds to a deficit not a particular food or group. Its not so much what you eat but how MUCH you eat.
