I remember Erik posting something (I believe on Facebook but can't recall exactly where) about how your belly will start to feel loose when you start to lose body fat. Is this also true for other areas? I have lost a considerable amount of weight but my legs are still hanging in there. Recently they have begun feeling much more loose & jiggly. I'm not sure if I should be happy or sad.

The Paper Towel blog is one to print out, keep, and read each day...trust the process and keep the faith!!! Working on that big time right now. Never really trusted the process and changed things around too much. This will help!

Excellent! I've been searching for this. I've noticed that some areas have become a bit loose and jiggly ; I am wondering if one can predict that this is where fat is about to go? that now the fat cells have rid of its triglycerides and just hold water instead (as argued by Lyle for example)..

I knew this, but its still great to see it written down. Yeah for "Squishy"! My hubby laughed when I said I felt squishy with a smile on my face last week :)
