    are there any links or websites that show visuals of how to do various dynamic flexibility movements? im having a hard time figuring out some of them...

    Is there a thread somewhere about making a 3-day split? I'm wanting to transition from the 5x5 to something else, but for the time being, just wanting to stick to three days a week. If not, I'm cool with the 4 day a week thing. :)
