After doing a search and googling this topic, I am still a little confused. In a nutshell, what is the primary purpose for using creatine. In one article I read it said it was beneficial for reducing body fat, and in another, it didn't say anything about helping with fat loss. My goal is to lose body fat (right now I am 20% although it wasn't a very accurate method of measuring). So, what's the low down...would it be beneficial for fat loss. Thanks for the help. Oh, also, what would be a good (cheap) brand to buy.
