Constructing a full body routine

    Just read through this whole thread and my head is spinning! Looks like I'm changing up my weight training! Excited to try this! Thanks so much yall!

    Stumbled across this thread and Im so glad I did, my goal is fat loss after having about 3 months out of the gym. A 3 day workout sounds perfect to get back to doing what I love and paired with a good nutrition plan Im excited to see how it goes. I have been training split workouts before so Im looking forward to trying something new :)

    writing everything up ready to start Monday and I have noticed that there is not a lot of shoulder exercises in the 3 days was thinking of adding in military press on low reps and lateral raises/rear flys on higher days anyone else done that. ?

    Really enjoying the program into 2nd week, can I ask the 15 lunges I assume thats each leg (30 Total) Thanks
