    I think the Super Dieter's Tea Jodie turned me on to really helped. It was good too--lemon mint flavored.

    it helps for sure...just be careful how long you steep it or you'll have the opposite problem. They have a cinnamon flavor too that's pretty good

    I know this was a long time ago, ubt I am thankful I found this! I thought I was going crazy! Now on to getting things moving!

    OMG Y'all had to revive this lol.

    I've since used Cascara Sagrada pills and Metamucil.

    I use Miralax and Magnesium!! LOL! My girlfriend just bought me a shirt that says, "I POOPED TODAY"!!! LOL!! Love it!!
