cardio?

    I, like everyone in the world, am trying to find the happy balance with muscle building/fat loss. My diet is going well, and of course i lift heavy 6x a week..my question is how much cardio should I be doing? I usually do 30 mins 3x a week. Any input is much appreciated :)

    what are you currently doing building or fat loss?

    Currently fat loss while retaining/adding as much muscle as I can

    maybe change it up if you are doing slow steady to something more challenging.
