approx bw x 15, each individual is different.
Protein stays the same as when dieting.
Just curious, to those who have complete a bulk phase, then dieted back down......how much muscle did you actually gain?
Can a person notice considerable changes to ones physique after a bulk....or does it take several bulk/diet phases to see changes?
In your experiences, what was the easiest and hardest muscle group(s) to notice the changes?
