Best PWO carb choices

    I'm going by memory, so forgive me if this is incorrect. I think a rough guideline is: take your weight in kg (weight in lbs/2.2) and multiply by .8 for carb amount PWO and .4 for protein amount PWO.

    It's entirely goal dependent.

    But think of how easy it'd make life...all you'd have to think about as a fat cow is making sure you got your protein and EFA's, and hopefully a vegetable or so...the rest of your food could be whatever's closest/easiest/yummiest :nod:

    I recently found Chocolate Crunch rice cakes when I was looking for my previous favorite, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip rice cakes.

    They are very tasty!:) The only place I've been able to find them has been WalMart.

    I never said that. I agree with that.

    But define decent. Without a definition it really means nothing. Saying just eat until your reasonably full doesn't really say much at all. So I come back to the fact that it's goal dependent.

    Eating to gain? Sure. Dieting? Not so much.

    don't you try to stay away from the white flour though?? so stick with wheat or whole grain??
