Yes, I eat a oat bran that comes out of the hills of Ireland..:lol: This bran, Mc.Cann's, has zero sugars and 4 grams of fiber in it... I eat it plain without milk or splenda...
But isn't that too much fiber PWO? And oats, too, for that matter...am I not following along?

I sometimes eat chocolate Lucky Charms PWO and I eat two cups of it. :drool:
4g of fiber? Not exactly very much.
To conclude, don't get too caught up in what kind of carbs you're eating PWO. The most important thing is that you're getting some.

Don't worry, I still love the alcoholic beer. I was just teasing her about an old O2 thread where she asked if non-alcoholic beer would be an acceptable PWO carb

I can't freakin believe I could have Corn Pops pwo!! I just want to know how MUCH I can have. :wink:
I'm not saying go crazy but you can eat till you're reasonably full. PWO is not the time to deny calroies imo.

You are supposed to stay away from fat PWO. For me, I eat 45 grams of Honeycombs which is about 40g of carbs.
