I hurt my back a week ago. I'm hardly able to move or sit, stand or lie down. I've been to the chiro, doctor and physio a couple times. I'm on prescription muscle relaxants and pain meds (which do absolutely nothing). Anyway, the doctor told me not to workout at all until I get better.......which could be weeks for all I know. So of course I'm worried about getting fat and losing muscle mass. Can my diet alone save my gains or am I just screwed and will have to start all over once I can workout again?
