Yes! Those are perfect for running the trails. My adductors kills me when I have to run up hill.

And yes, I REFUSE to hump a foam roller on the gym floor:laugh:
so erik, would these be done in addition to the dynamic mobility stretches you have us do? i mean, at the same time, directly prior to a workout? or does the timing matter?

Should this/can this be done really at ANY time or do you need to do some other warm up first?
I think any form of exercise you should need a warm up...

Love the foam roller.
It's my best friend just before dynamic warm up....... and I use it each time I work out
(but I have to admit that the first time I use it in 2012......... it was a no such great feeling ........... but the more you use it the better you feel)
