About morning workouts

    I've heard that doing strenuous exercise the first thing in the morning(within 30 mins) of waking up is terrible for the heart. Is this true? Do LBFers workout in the morning or later in the day? Should I worry that by working out at 8:30AM that I'm damaging myself?
