NOT THAT I CAN DO ANY OF THESE!!!!
OK.. I can maybe do 5 or 6 of these out of the 44. I don't even want to TRY any of the others. That's just crazy!!
Lol I'm with you, I can do about 5 of those. That's my friend Thomas- we went to school together.
I'm determined to do the windshield wiper ab move. :hehe:

I counted...I can do 6 I think...My goal now is to be able to at least be able to do half!!! That 360 push up was out of this world!!!

I video taped my friend doing a couple of those...it was one of the best laughs I have ever had!! He tried so hard and he is super fit.

That's awesome! My goal is to be able to do all of them! ...except for the backflip burpee.
