Deviations yesterday at a big retirement dinner as I'm not sure what the quantities were - stuck with salmon, salad, & veggies BUT I did break down and have a glass of white wine.
So, I'm not 100% any more - nonetheless, still feeling pretty good about all this!

I lost count but I've been 100% since last Wed, lol. I'm too lazy to do the math...going through July 4th and I eat 6x a day......
