    Yesterday was day one :) so...
    1 down, 139 to go or 27 days to go, depending how you want to look at it. Then again, when I worked w/Erik he always said take it one meal at a time!

    Thanks for the welcome wishes everyone. I hope that this will be my best contest prep experience (meaning... minimal cardio...I hate cardio)!!

    I thought refeed was for a metabolic purpose, thus necessary...but free meals for "mental" purpose, thus not necessary from a physical standpoint.

    Last night was tough - had a reunion dinner - but I did it! Today, a 40th b'day party... tomorrow, a baby shower, this Wednesday a retirement dinner...but I'm psyched. It makes me think if I reverted to my old thinking, "this is a special occasion so I can eat____" I'd be huge by the end of this week alone!
